Owned by Lord Crewe's Charity, this farm building and barn required a full restoration. Redfern's were instructed to undertake Phases 1 & 2 to bring the buildings back into a full habitable state.
Sitting high up on a hillside in the North Pennines, this project had all weather conditions to content with. All works were completed to a high standard, ready on time for the new occupant.
Works included: new floor structure, new roof structure, new windows, new doors, new kitchen, new bathroom, new electrics, new heating system, re-plastering, re-pointing, full decoration and new driveway.

Built in 1811, this Grade II listed Teesdale farmhouse was privately bought in 2012 by Redfern's client. Following steady growth for the last 25 years, Redfern Building Services Ltd were in need of a larger office and workshop... Suffering from several years of neglect, this Grade II listed dwelling in Northallerton required a full restoration. This fire-damaged three-bedroom semi-detached house in Darlington was in need of repair and replacment works. Supplemented by Council grant fundings to improve the aesthetics of shop fronts in the town of Bishop Auckland... Owned by Lord Crewe's Charity, this stable block had been unused for several years and required full restoration.
