Redfern Building Services Ltd is a trusted Building and Construction company based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham. We provide a wide range of services — from repairs and maintenance to small works and large-scale projects — supporting the Construction and Property Maintenance sectors across the North East of England.
Founded in 1990 by Jack Redfern, the company began as a modest two-man team with just a van. Today, under the leadership of Jack’s son as Managing Director, we’ve grown into a well-respected business with an annual turnover of £1.5–£2 million.
Over the past 35 years, we’ve built strong, long-lasting relationships with a wide variety of clients, including high street retailers, loss adjusters, insurance companies, schools, housing associations, and private clients through architect-led projects.
